I was wondering if anyone knows if a 250R and CR250 cylinder jug are interchangeable?

 

Unfortunately no. The older models are close to fitting and a few companies used to make kits to where they could be used, but they didnt stick around on the market because there was no benefits to using it versus the TRX or ATC cylinders. Yeah, the CR had a power valve, but there was no way to make it operate using the ATV bottom end.
