Default Overheating?

I just finished cleaning out my carb again because I had used a gasket maker that had silicone in it to help seat the float bowl o ring. I had to clean it out yesterday on the trail because after a while of riding the 185s would bog down when I gave it any gas and usually stall. It idled fine, however. I figured maybe the main jet was clogged and that I would starve the bike when I gave it gas... but since I cleaned it and it happened again after a long while, I was thinking it could be something else.

Has anyone had a similar problem? I'm thinking it might be overheating or something else. I don't really have a place to ride it for a while to test it before I go up north with it this weekend.

Thanks, Jon
