Default Rear brake adjust on 250R

Have a 84 250 with a rear brake problem. I can adjust the rear brake to where the rear wheels spins freely,
but as soon as you take it for a ride and start using the brake it tightens up to where it locks the rear wheel.
It seems like when you apply the pressure to rear brake master cylinder the brake line stays pressurized even when
you let off the brake and does'nt bleed back to the the master cylinder like it should.
There are a couple of adjustments for the rear brake. Is there a certain sequence you need to follow while
making adjustments to the rear disk brake ?
Thanks, Hal

the rear disc has no adjustments.... the screw on the side is for the park brake,, i think you have it so tight it gets hot and locks up,, you might have air in the line or a caliper in need or a rebuild,,, also,,

Kasey, thanks for the reply. Seems to me it has an adjustment right on the master cylinder but that may be for the brake peddle height. I don't have it here so I can't look now. I have bled the brakes with no change so I guess it could be in the calipers. The pads are the ones that came with the bike so maybe they could use changing. Very low hours on the bike and the pads look great.
