Default maybe carb problem?any ideas?????

i have a honda atv 1985 and i just rebuilt the carb.. it runs good when its sitting still but when i go run it around the yard after about 5 min its start to lose power then stall..the only way to get it started is to use the choke and even that is alittle hard but once its running i have to keep giving it gas then maybe it will give me enough time to put it in first...its got to be the carb but not sure!!!!

It`s obviously running out of fuel, as the choke indicates that. On the bottom of the carb there is a drain that has a flat head slot in it, turn the bolt counter clockwise and see if any fuel comes out. If none comes out you`ll have to go in and find out why. It sounds as if the float is sticking shut.

Also check for pinched off vent lines, or a gas cap which wont vent properly.
