1984 Big Red 200es What is it worth?
I am getting ready to sell my big Red and was wondering what it is worth. Over all it looks and works great.. Let me know if you have a suggestion. I live in MO.
This is how I am going to list it... just don't know a price?
Here is a 1984 Honda Big Red 200es (Electric Start / Shaft Drive w/ Reverse) all features work. The engine starts right up every time, even in cold weather with the choke on. No smoke from it, new battery. It has a backup pull start, with Hi-Lo Reverse transmission. Making it 10 speeds forward and 2 reverse. These three Wheelers has an automatic clutch, no handles or levers to deal with. All the tires have 80-90% tread left. Storage box built in rear of deck, electrical plug wiring for any 12 volt accessories, has some minor scratches in plastic, one crack in the front fender that has been repaired with metal, bolts and Gorilla Glue (stronger than before it was cracked see pics), has one paint chip in gas tanks about the size of dime. Front rack also has a small dent in the metal. Otherwise this Big Red is in great shape and condition, ready to ride. The reason I am selling this is I now have too many toys and not enough storage. Wife has "suggested" that it is time to go because my garage is full.

I just sold a 1982 Honda 200E Big Red for $700. It was about perfect, all new bearings, brakes, sprockets, chain, battery, repainted, etc. Needed nothing. Since the 84 200ES is shaft w/ reverse it may be worth more, but I think its hard to get that kind of money for the 200 Big Reds.
