It runs!!!!!!

Took it for a 20 min ride.Started on the 5 th kick!!!!!!:w00t:

Here is some progress pics!!!!!

Sandblasted and painted the upper tree to match the fork bodies.


K+N crank case breather installed.I made a custom bracket to hold it in place.


Made aluminum bracket for the carb over flow and breather tube for the carb
Working on the skidplate,still need some work.

this makes me wanna overhaul my 70. but i don't know if its worth it. some front shocks would def be nice.

nice work. makes me mad jealous.

Got my K+N for the carb.

Still working on the skidplate.Should have it done by next week.

yep. skid plates are def useful. had my 4 wheeler balancing on a huge rock that was buried by weeds, and the skid plate saved my engine, and it didn't bend the plate either because its a durable plastic of some type.

I think its a good investment for a $600 motor.

Got my hubs wheel spacers today!!!!!!




Baby got back!!!
1981 250R Hubs were used the holes had to be drilled out on the rim and the hubs to accommodate for the larger bolts.

The wheel spacers give me just the right amount of clearance. The more I ride it the more I am impressed with it. The motor fires right up on first kick every time.

Looks great you need to take to the Dunes and try it out in the sand
I started gathering parts
I found a 200S parts bike forks are perfect engine seized
But all I wanted was the forks
