Brought a 1983 ATC 110 back from the dead. Cleaned the carb..jets and all and added an inline filter. Got her running. Was just wanting to run on choke but got it to start unchoked. When you leave it be or when you stop riding it sometimes just revs up ...took out a small section of fence from it plowing forward after sitting at idol in gear for 5 minutes...lol any ideas?

The carb is still plugged in the idle circuit and you are probably have the slide Idle adjusted hi engine will kind if chug allong for a while then pickup more fuel and take off
One of my 110s did that for a bit until I soaked carb and cleaned the pilot jet
Thanks

my friends 84' 110 did this a few months back! been in his family since new and always maintained etc and never had a problem before!
took it round the fields in the snow and left it idling for a few mins and forgot it was left in first! first thing we knew that it had even gone was the bang it made just cruising into the side of a JCB lmao
never done it since and dont know what caused it either!
just one of those freak things lol. hope it doesnt happen to the 83' 110 im rebuilding atm!
