Hello every one i was wonderin if anyone knew where i could get a back good axle for a atc 200. On my old one where the bearing goes it ***** out and now it has lots of slop between the bearing and the axle. It also does it with new bearings. Or does any one know how to fix it

Thanks, Nick

which side is worn out? the frame or the axle? if its the axle, take it to a machine shop and get it turned down to the next smaller size. If its the frame, get the hole machined out to the next bigger size

It is on the right side and it is the axle that is wore out. The new bearing slides on and then when it gets to the point where it is supposed to be it then has slop. But when i keep sliding the bearin to the other side where the left side one is suppose to be it is tight.

take it to a machine shop, get them to chuck it in the lathe and build it back up to specs

That is what i was thinking of doing at school on the lathe. My teacher said i could weld it and build it up and then put it in the lathe and make it to the specs i need. He said weld by startin on one side then go across and so on untill it is all the way around.
But would you know where i could get a new or a good new one.
