weak spark 200s
#11
I have seen many of these honda engines and have found the timing chains worn and streached on most of them with lots of hours. It is imposible to get them to run right with a sloppy timing chain. Like justme suggested when you have the flywheel off, keep going and inspect the chain and tentioners.

ok plug fouls and we know it runs (the plot thickens) ... what does it look like when it fouls? is there any power loss that you have noticed? is the carb adjusted rite? air filter or exhaust plugged up? ... you keep saying "weak" spark ... was your dads head grounded when he stuck his toung to it ?.... you gotta go through it step by step man check one thing at a time and eliminate it as the problem... check the ignition circut on the stator , clean the magnets , check the grounds , is it the rite heat range for the plug , gap on the plug set rite ... and so on ... tryin to help man

KNOW JOKE!!!!
he can hold the fence charger and ground his self good and make his arms jump pretty good.
any way, i have cleaned all the grounds, set the gaps, cleaned magnets, set carb, and tried different coil. maybe a little better.
new timing chain and gear, rings, and carb kit not to long ago.
