Are u talking about the main nut that holds it on to the forks?? If u are then did u take the cotter pin out so the nut can turn? If u did then heat the nut up a bit and then spray some penetrant oil on it to shock it and try the impact wrench.

Default axle

I`m talking about the front axle,There is no cotter pin or nut. It goes thru the hub and screws right into the bottom of the fork on the right side. The left side has a plate with 4 bolts that holds the other end of the axle to the bottom of the left fork. The fork is off the bike the wheel has been removed the damn thing just won`t turn to unscrew.

Default front axle

I had the same issue with one I bought. The axle is no longer threaded in to anything at this point, it is just rusted and seized in the bore of the hub . I had to apply heat, and then drive it off, with a good sized hammer, after supporting the hub solidly. I also put the nut on the threads flush, so that while hitting it, I would not damage the threads too badly. It sounds pretty crude, but it is the only way, unless you can get it into a hydraulic press, and apply the slow steady force on that unit.
