So this started months ago I went to crank up the big red and it was seized... so I checked the oil it was fine... the only thing I could think was maybe something with the recoil got seized so I took it off it was fine...so I started taking it apart

Once I got it apart under the round part the stator goes inside of (don’t know the names of this stuff) I found this bolt looks chewed up and snapped off I’ve looked through diagrams and can’t find anywhere this could have came from anyone have any ideas of what this came from?
