350x sprocket swaps
#1
Has anyone swapped the sprockets on a 350x for higher gearing? I want to buy some 18" turf tamers for my machine. I realize this is going to lower the gear ratio & make it even harder to keep the front tire on the ground. But even in stock form, the 350x seems to be geared to low for me. In stock form I think I need about 20% higher gears, now that the tires are going to be 20% smaller, I'm thinking I need about 40% higher gears. Does anyone know what combination of gears I would need & how to figure out the new chain lenght?

Where did you find the 33 tooth back sprocket. I got a 35
but would like to have a smaller one because
I want more top end for my 350X. In other words I want to be able to beat a Predator.
I'm almost there, but I need about 10 mile an hour.

A 14 tooth front and 35 tooth rear should get you where you need to be. Call TC racing for a hi rev CDI box. www.tcracingengines.com
