What do you Pull Your Quads With? Truck, Car?

Whenever we go on long riding trips to W.V. we us a F-450 and 38 ft enclosed gooseneck trailer. We can haul just about anything we want in there. So far we got a Z250, a Lakota, 2 Raptors, a DS650, and a Banshee in there with some room to spare. And the truck has no problem pulling all that.

I hate to say it but this sounds like major BS. I own a GM truck and they don't get that much mpg stock yet alone with the added weight of the lift, tires and towing.

pull all my toys with my 2001 chevy 1500 extra cab. 5.3 v-8, 4.56 gears, hypertech programmer, bullet exhaust, K+N intake, 6" RCD lift, weld wheels 285's BFG all terrains, 1500watt DEI amp, 2 10" Dei subs, custom built 12K rated hitch, i tow 3 seadoo's with a stand up in the back (and the fitty!), np 80+mph up hills, get 15-18 towing, 20 on the highway (gearing and tires/lift are a perfect match) just cruisin, also have been known to tow a 22ft fun runner with a few quads in it, does suprisingly well for a 1500. i guess chevy has re-earned my respect.

I pull an 18ft car hauler trailer thats painted to match my Suburban. I have 3 bike hoops up front and room for two 4wheelers at the back. I just got the bikes and trailer so I havn't checked the mileage but I pulled my Waverunner to Wisconsin last summer and got 16mpg. I used to get better mileage but I went up 2 sizes from stock on the tires and this cut into my mileage a little bit. Oh yeah, its 4wd with a 9500lb Warn winch and two batteries. This is my 2nd 4wd Suburban. The last one was an 89 model and I put 280,000 miles on it and the motor was still strong when I sold it. I did put two transmissions in it though but I am always pulling some kind of trailer.
When I wear this one out I will definitely buy another one.

My rig is a 1990 Chevy Suburban 2500, 454, Flowmaster exhaust, K&N, 4.10 differential, 61K original miles. It pulls a 2002 All American Sport toybox and all 4 quads in my sig.

86 Chevy Surburban, big, white, lifted and LOUD.
Or 77 Chevy Pick Up - fits 2 blasters and a 90 on their WHEELs.
Otherwise, I cruise a 67 Olds Cutlass or a 65 Impala.
Love those American V-8s.
