What are the best tires for desert and cross country racing? Thanks for any input!

 

Without a doubt, desert quads deserve to be fit with Holeshot XCT's. They're 6 ply tires and can withstand rocks, thorns, and anything else the desert can throw at them. I have 2 sets in my trailer and my first set still on my Rappy. I've been through a few races with them and they still haven't gone flat. 23x7x10 fronts and 22x11x9 rears for hardcore desert...22's and 21's for BITD type stuff... rocky mountain atv has the best deals on sets of those tires from what I hear...I bought mine off of ebay lol...

 

I have also heard that the GBC shredders are really good, I am also a desert racer.

 

I like the holeshot XCT tires for hardcore desert riding like Psycho said.

 

I race with the Kenda Klaws and have not had a flat yet this year! (knock on wood)
