#1
I was wondering if any one could help me setup and dial in my durablue sawbay bar for my 250r? I race TT and not to sure how to dial it in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Some people go by feel and some use 4 scales. You set the quad on 4 scales and look at the weight on each scale. You can start there by setting it up with a neutral set up. Run it and see how it feels. Then do it again, and jack weight where you want it.

Back in the day, I used 2 regular bathroom scales, one under each rear tire. Adjust each side of the swaybar to obtain the desired weight on each rear tire (usually equal). Once you make the adjustment, push the suspension down a few times and recheck it.
Other things can help the grip of your quad too, such as tire compound, air pressure and axle width.

Using 4 batroom scales is the only way to know exactly what's going on,but if you dont have,or dont want to buy them:::set the sway bar so the mounting bolts slide through the holes without pulling or pushing the machine up or down. Then lengthen the right slightly (1/4 turn). This will be close, but not exact.
