all you have to do is start out wtih running a mile a day and build up from there. and if you want you can lift weights but do a lighter weight and do more reps, (if u do heavy ones you will get big and buly that might be good for a footbal player but not for a quad racer)

But one problem...I don't have a quad. I mean, I could go ask my dad if he could buy me one, and then I pay him back, but if I can not get a quad, I will not be able to go. But I think I will be going. I ask my dad if we could go to a race and he said if its close by, then yes. So I would like some more info.

But if I get a quad, I will not get much practice in, but I would love to go. I have to get a quad...bottom line. But the problem is, I can not get anything above a 90cc quad. I can not belive that.
But I would like infomation on this event.
I will probaly be there.
So what quad would you recomend me buy?

I need to do that. To tell you the truth, I am not that in-shape right now. But I have a 25pound weight? Is that ok? It's very heavy, but I have no reason to look like a foot ball player.
Oh, ya, I have a 10pound wieght, but is that to light?
And I will run a mile....

no its not to light you do about 50 reps with that and see how you feel if you can do more then keep going. and i dont know how strong u are but i would not go any higher than the 25 pound weight you have.

HEHE...Ok, I took one hour out of my online time, and went out side and ran like cazy! I ran around my house 5 times, then I stoped and lifted my 25pound wight about 10 times with each arm. But then I only go about 2 times, and then I had to drop for a second. Hey, one thing, are house is big, and its a long way around there. LOL So it is harder than it sounds like.
I learned some things:
1. I am a weak man LOL
2. 25pounds is a heak-of-alot! LOL
3. I need to get in shape LOL
Thats about it. Well, I do not have any online time left over, so I will talk to you fellows at about 2:00am tomoro when I get up.
