I was in a YFZ450 thread, and a guy stated that a predator is comparable to the YFZ. In my experience, I have never seen a fast Predator. I even beat one on my old blaster(highly modified) last year. He must have been a horrible shifter or something.

 

When you say which is faster I assume you want to know which will win in a drag race.

It all depends on rider's weight and rider's skill. If you are racing on pavement, loose gravel, dirt.

With equal riders the yfz will pull them both up to around 3rd or 4th gear then the raptor and predator should pass.

But to solve the problem do the free mods on the yfz and then you are the one in the lead the whole time.

I would probably say the predator is the best all around quad for most people but I wouldn't trade my yfz for anything right now.

a blaster goes about 56 my 43 cc motorized scooter does about 40 once I messed with that little jet screw; I'm sure I could make it as fast as a blaster just change the gearing and get bigger tires.

 

I clocked my old blaster at 89 mph uphill. like i said ( highly modified)

 

I was just messen with ya, zfz is the fastest 4-stroke.

Edit: Yea I know you were joking I was just saying how fast my motorized scooter was compared to a blaster.

Eat my roost 89mph uphill??? you could have bought a quadzilla probably around the same price as a new blaster put a pipe on it go up a tooth on front and it probably would have went faster and you would have spent less.

 

I clocked one of my LT80 motors at 86 1/2 mph in a curve. Course I had to re-gear it and it only took 1/2 mile of road to work it's way up,,AND it rolled 12 1/4 times in the curve,,And yes I'm messing around too (along with being sarcastic about the 89 mph) [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
They say Rath racings preditor is the fastest. I see him get passed by most any brand.
