kill switch is blowing fuses whats wrong
You need to read the directions on exactly where to tie in the wire from the switch. It's grounding out at the wrong spot.
I did the same on my sons 300ex. I was at a shop and saw the directions on the wall and said "that's why!!"
I cannot remember where to put it but that's the problem.

If it's a normally open switch, it needs to ground the + coil wire when the tether is pulled. One wire on the tether is tied to ground, the other to the + terminal on the coil. When the tether is pulled, the coil is grounded and the engine quits.
If it's a normally closed switch, it needs to go in line with the stop/run switch. When the tether is in and the stop/run switch is on run, the tether allows the current to flow without interrupting the circuit. When you pull the tether, it opens the circuit and acts like you turned the stop/run switch to stop.

Ive got a kill switch for the raptor that was designed for a batteryless motor and so every time the tether is pulled it blows out the fuses. is it just wired wrong or will it not work at all?
