i wouldnt believe any of those mags....4 wheel Atv action said that the mojave spanks(in a race) the 300ex and yet dirt wheels said that the 300ex is faster....

 

I have raced a mojave for 3 years now and I can tell you it is the most dependable quad I have ever owned!!! The 300ex is a great bike and does have a larger aftermarket for parts but you couldnt give me 1 over a mojave!!! I have never had engine problems. The only thing I have done to the bike is replace A arm bushings. I have beat just about every bike made on it. A lot of that may just be me, but it is still a great bike!!! If you are wanting to dress 1 up though, you better get the 300ex. As for me, I will never own another honda since my 250R!!!

my friend has a 300ex and i could hang with him all day when i was stock but now i got mods and can destroy him the MO responds better to mods with the DOHC and cooling

 

if your looking for power out of the two i would go with mojave,because of the $4099 price and responds real well to mods and if you were going to pay $4499 for a 300ex you would be better off to pay $500 more for a rap 350.See you save $1000 on a mojave than a rap 350 and you could get alot of things for the mojave.As far as mojave or 300ex i say mojave.
