Sorry, the overweight pred does not handle as well as the yfz, I dont care if you put the yfz's shocks on the pred, it wouldnt be as good. The close gear ratios are going to drop the top end of the pred as well, so I dont think you really know what the top speed is going to be on the tld.



What? Fuji makes good engines, thats true. But to say they are stronger and more durable than the rotax ds and the heavy duty machine they built around it? All companies have warranties, a warranty isnt a measure of the reliability of the machine.

 

haha the new 05 tld pred isnt close at all in top end to thr DS and Rap buddy. they geared it down for more accel and less topend. its 5 mph slower than the 04 preds

 

ha,,,try telling that to some of the yamaha guys, and the honda guys who are having troubles now.........

 

Man i don't think the preds going to be that much slower than the raptor and we'll just have to wait and see if the pred will be better compared to the yfz.

 

I am a big pred fan, and hope it is closer to the yfz, but im my opinion, it just took over top trail quad......and took a step lower on the race quads.....well maybe not a step lower, but I really don't need reverse, but a lighter quad. As for woods racing, the pred is perfect...mx....a little on the heavy side, but that can be easily fixed too......I have dropped 32lbs, and spend less than 30 bucks doing it.

 

yeah the yfz probably is still better,but hopefully the pred comes closer and your right it has to be the best trail quad.Now only if i had one!

 

what are you taking about? honda has the best reliability out of any quad on the market. ask anyone. a honda will continue running for years and years after there warranties run out
