that is true of honda about 10 yrs ago,,,,,,as of now, they are starting to change. I would say polaris is right up there too, and if something does break, they cover it.....with not many questions asked.

to solve all of your prolems my uncle and cousin own the yfz 450 bombardier 650(baja edition)
660 rapotor, my dad owns the banshee and king quad. the fastest when they raced was the ds 650 in top speed, yfz 450 in accel and the banshee came close in top speed, i think it wuld have came back and won if the race was longer.

 

stock for stock, none of these quads are going to beat the ds in a long top speed race......other than that, you have it right..

 

The only thing that ever broke on my poolaris' was a light burnt out, and it made the whole quad cut off at like 5 mph until we replaced it.

I bought a 2005 YFZ450T it is faster than all of the other quads stock for stock. I just did a speed run earlier today and i hit 89 mph, granted it was on a 5 mile level road but still... either way the YFZ450 is still being modified considering the 450T is 5 or 6 lbs lighter than the 450F of 2003-4. I would recomend that if your gonna talk trash about anything, make sure it can beat a banshee first then then you have the right to try talkin trash.

 

First of all kid, SINce thats ur nick name too. a stock yfz isnt gna reach that top speed, anybody can tell you that, even the people who built it, you can talk sht but you dont even know what your talking about, yes. the yfz can make that top speed with just a few modifications but not stock. i got a raptor, yeah probably now its pretty fast but i would still beat you top speed in reverse if i had to.... ....
