In the woods i would have to say pred (especially the new TLD) because of handling,better center of gravity,
In the drag and power department the raptor. The pred has a ton of power but not as much as the raptor.
I think they will both do pretty evenly in the mud (just my oppinion)

 

yea u gotta realize the women riding them dont like getting muddy either....

 

when I had stock a-arms and replaced the shocks, my raptor was awesome on the tight trails

I feel the raptors weakest link are the front shocks and with those upgraded, it is the finest trail ride out there

the engine is perfect for trail riding and with a 12 dollar front sprocket, this machine can handle anything in the woods(plus its comfortable for riding all day)

nothing bad to say about the pred, just the raptor suited me better as I rode them both b4 I bought

with my +2 a-arms, trail riding is more difficult(tight stuff) but the sand and open area riding is awesome(jumps too)

but the suspension is what really made me enjoy my raptor the most

No I don't have a quad right now, I will have the new 05 TLD Predator.....they will be shipped out the frist week of Nov.....WTH does that have anything to do with it. Dude I can talk all the SMACK I wan't.

You started running your Chops to BradRacer, about weman don't like to get dirty. You was on the Polaris fourms the other day running your Chops. The only thing I can say is my buddy has a Raptor and it don't stand a chance agaist the Predator, mudding, hill climbing, racing. Maybe his is just junk I don't know, I have rode it many of times.
