Looking for information on where to buy timing lights and tree for drag racing.

I looked into it a couple years ago. Fella at the sand drags told me the set from the place he got his was 1500. Too steep for my blood but that was still a quality system with a good number of features. Sorry, I cant remember where he got his from.

Hey Shotgun, you might want to check here Christmas tree If you weren't going to have all the timing system up the full size practice tree would be great for starters.

yep.
I have been looking for one myself for the past month. I called porta tree and they wanted to sell me a "basic system" 1400$!!
Why couldnt a person get one of these 500$ practice trees from jegs, and rig it up with some garage door sensors, or something?
Just so it would let people have fair, even starts.................... plus, it would give them the FEVER!
