Training on track or off track? I don't race, but i usually like to run every night for half an hour or so. At first i hated running but after awhile I actually enjoy it. It just feels weird now if I don't run at night.

i ride in the winter and everything thats the best just get some hand warmers to stick over your handle bars and some warm cloths then go for it/ thats is its not snowing/ if its snowing then i get in the gym and work out alot my back, arms chest mainly b/c thats what im using when im riding.

DEPENDING ON WHAT TYE OF RACING YOU DO IF YOU RACE MX THEN RIDE AS HARD AS YOU CAN FOR ABOUT 30MINS. AND IF RIDE GNCC THEN RIDE HARD FOR 1/2 HOUR THEN SLOW IT DOWN FOR A 1/2 THEN RIDE HARD AGAIN 4 A 1/2 AND ON ANDON FOR 2 HOURS
