Does anybody out there have any songs they like to listen to when travelling to or returning from an awesome ride? You know, something that gets you wound up for a ride or keeps you stoked afterwards! They don't really even have to do with riding. Here are some of mine (in no order)-

1. "For Whom The Bell Tolls"-Metallica (the original, not the S&M crap)
2. "Peace Sells"-Megadeth
3. "Mouth for War"-Pantera
4. "Freebird"-Lynyrd Skynyrd
5. "Train, Train"-Blackfoot
6. "Crazy Train"-Ozzy Osbourne
7. "Paranoid"-Black Sabbath
8. "(we are the)Roadcrew"-Motorhead
9. "Break Stuff"-Limp Bizkit
10."Who Was In My Room"-Butthole Surfers
10."The Greeks Don't Want No Freaks"-The Eagles
Let's here what the rest of you listen to! Please NO music bashing-even though I'm pretty much a metal head, it's all cool!

"On second thought let us not go to Camelot-it is a silly place"-Monty Python

Well, I ain't no geezer, but I listen to a lot of music that's as old or older than me. Anything from the Beetles, the Doors, Hendrix, Stones, right up to Papa Roach, Union Underground, PM5K, and so on. And yeah, Rush is cool, too! By the way, Jug, who are cky?

Before and after doesn't change what music I listen...basically, it's almost always Backstreet boys, Aqua, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, NSync, LFO, Destiny's Child, InfiniT (I guess only Quebec people know this cra..uh..music).

lol...
I'm more into blink182, sum41, System of a Down, linkin park, crazy town (xcept the dumb butterfly song...I love darkside, with orgy), spineshank, and above all this stands AC/DC. The best. Undisputed.

for a long trip up north i will most often listen to bob seger(i think its a michigan thing). but for the before the ride usually metallica.
or anything hard and fast. on the way home i usually mellow out and listen to slow stuff. just like the traffic on 1-75. it helps from getting me to high rev'd in stop & go trafic when your still 2-300 miles from home.

great topic!!!!!! happy trails,tim

I have a complete vault of music from A - Z, but for prepping myself for a ride:

AC/DC
Sammy Hagar/Montrose
Tesla
ZZ Top
Night Ranger
Molly Hatchet
Thunder
Fist
etc. etc.

But if I really want motivation I will throw in Quatros Loco video before a ride.
