Default how to get in shape for racing

Caffeine is stimulant that is a derivative of the element sodium or salt as people know it as. Therefore, the more caffene you consume the more sodium-like effects you will have...too much sodium will dehydrate you quicker and expose you to heat-stroke quicker.

The best thing you can drink is just plain old H2O! Not to mention like motox26 said, when you come down from your caffeine "kick" you will have a lower energy level that will take more caffeine or other stimulant to get it back to normal.

There is a little drink called 5 hour energy, it has a little caffene but it is mostly b vitamins.
like every one says is ride.
I have a habbit of standing up a lot so I workout my legs by doing squats, some tread mill, and stair stepper. for upper body I do push ups bench press bi and tri curls.

I have been slacking off big time and need to get in a routine again. I have found the best way for me to get motivated in working out is join a gym.

The basics:: push-ups, sit-ups, deep knee squats (all done very slowly) and running.
Over train in these area's and you will be as tough and fast as my lil girl.
