Need Help ASAP!

I have always had a lot better luck with NGK over Champion, even in my 4 strokes.
As the clutch wears and/or the cable stretches you will need to adjust it, that is normal.
To rejet that bad boy, loosen the clamps on the engine and airbox side of the carb. Rotate the carb a bit so you can see the large screw on the bottom of the float bowl. That is usually a 17mm hex head. Carefully remove that. You will need a 6 or 8 mm socket to remove the main, and a long, thin regular screw driver to remove the pilot. Be careful and patient removing the pilot, they are brass and easily buggered up if you aren't. Then just button it back up after replacing the jets.
Pretty easy, works on pretty much all of the Japanese carbs.
