fastest stock atv

that did not have the right work done to the 450 then cause any stock not built stock stock 450 will blow a banshee away you can add a pipe or jetting to any bike and make it slower may think your doing somthing but really making it slowernow yes you can make a two stroke faster than any other quad cause there cheaper to build and build more rpms
Biggest big bore for a 4 stroke is maybe 3-4m banshee go all the way to 18m and has 2 pistons
not fair
best bet is check which bikes have best after market parts

Im not sure how many people have actually ever ridden the quadzilla 500 and the banshee. The problem with the question is the guy said "WHICH IS FASTER STOCK" Of course he didn't say which is faster in what way. We can argue all day about this one or that one being faster, but point blank stock vs stock in a straight line the quadzilla should be the fastest since it has the higher power to weight ratio.
I personally have never seen too many stay stock for long though. With a few easy mods I'd have to say there isn't a bike out there that can run with the Banshee, not to mention they will actually stay together unlike the zilla which is notorious for spinning cranks. Everyone can say what they want but face it the old two strokes are still breathing fire and always will when it comes to pure straight line speed.
I always loved drag racing those 4 bangers on the shee because they usually got the jump, but then about 4th gear when I passed them smilling they got pissed. Was fun to outrun a guy on a brand new quad that cost like 8k dollars while I was riding an old 91 model banshee that was ready for the scrap pile when I got it. (I didn't say mine was stock)
With that being said, put either of these two bikes on a track or CC trail and ANY of the stock 4 bangers will walk the dog on them. The bikes just are not as easy to ride.
Sure you probably have seen people win an event on one of them, but slap those guys on one of the new 4 stroke quads and I bet thier lap times would drop. I'm speaking from experience. I loved my Banshee, but I had to ride all out on the edge to keep up with guys that were shifting less, and not riding as hard. I could smoke them through the straight aways but come the turns I had to work my butt off while they just slowed down, and lugged the 4 strokes through the turns. I don't care how good of shape your in, if you have to go all out for long and the other rider is able to relax more, sooner or later it takes its toll.
Oh wait... I think I just did one of those freestyle superman pisses... LOL Oh well, couldn't help it had to get in on this match but its all in fun I guess. Either way, ride it till it breaks then hope it gets ya back to the truck.

One of the first videos of a guy who bought a Renegade 1000 that I saw showed the guy going along at about 35-40 mph and he saw a bit of a ditch ahead. He nailed the throttle to lighten the front end and pop over it. It did a wheelie and dumped him. I think I'd be willing to bet on the Renegade 1000, also.

hmmmmm- sounds like a "beergut" video

it would be my honor to be thrown off a rene 1000- I would cherish the scars

The Renegade 1000 is only just a little bit faster than a Renegade 800, so it could be beaten I suppose. Anyone raced either one of the Renegades against a KTM 505? For that matter, does KTM even make ATVs anymore? I was just on their web page and couldn't find any.
