The Texas Lone Star State Championship Series 2001 schedule has been posted.
The first of nine races will be held at Swan M/X Park, in Tyler TX on Feb. 24-25.
There is usually a good Quad turnout at this series.
The track is very fast, and has lots of fun jumps.
Two classes - Open Exp. - and Open Am.

I havent checked to see were all the races will be held. I know some of the tracks that have allowed quads to race the series have now shut us down. Lake Whitney for one. Unless 12 racers sign up and race there will be no quads. And even then there is no promise we can race then. I know Swan backs us up. I havent been to Swan yet. I am planning on making a few this year. How is the races set-up. I know the races are usually a Saturday and Friday event. Are they seperate? Well let me know! LATER!

 

I am trying to find a way to get down to the race at Tyler. But unfortunately it is the SAME weekend as a state race in OK, and my family is going there! SO unless I find someone to go with, I can't make it which stinks, cause I have been wanting to run that track!! When is the next state race after that?

 

True about Lake Whitney. I do know that Swan stands behind us 100%. Four States runs Quads, and usually has a good turn out. Village Creek has ran Quads on Sunday races. I have E-Mailed the promoter at Freestone County Raceway, and he wants to run Quads.
