Well, I just got my new rear HoleshotMX, and was wondering what pressure to run? I inflated them to 6psi...but there's no thought behind it.
So why would I run low pressure? Why higher? Where (type of terrain) low? Where high? etc
PS...I don't have Beadlocks, so that's at least one reason not to go too low on pressure...

Also, what do you racers inflate your Holeshots? I ride on hard sand and dirt (no rocks)

Thanks

I don't think air pressure plays that much of a roll in mx riding. I run 10 in the front and between 5-7 in the rear. Now, in riding TT, air pressure is the key. It will differ from track to track. Just play with it, and see what works.

Yeah, I know that for TT, t is very important, because it determines your tire temperature...I just want to be sure not to de-bead when riding MX...

It's mostly matter of opinion... low pressure is better bite, but more rollover in corners.

It's kind of like in NASCAR... loose is fast, and on the edge of out of control!
