Macon,GA MX

I figured with a little over 2 weeks until I leave this snowy cold windy state of WI for the hopefully sunny mid 60's or better state of Georgia I'd start this topic. Who's making the trip this year? I am assuming I will see Lurch again, TPrender is a definite, any others? I will be there with Mod 70 racer DJ Spurling #36. Look for the bigger guy thats faking knowing what he's doing in the pits. Should have a 20 ft white trailer with 36 Racing on the side and a Black Crew Cab HD Chevy. I am always up for a good BS session.

You are right Stroker in that I think that I have to make the trip to Macon. The last time I made the trip it was not a good trip, many proplems.
I am looking for a few people to help with the tech of the quads on Friday and Sat. The pay is terrible, but you get to meet some great people and get a close up view of all the quads. But, when the girls come by. Remember to keep the hands to yourself, some of them could and would woop your ___. Maybe that is why that women helped so much last year.
Get those numbers and number plates correct.

TPrender, the pay wasn't all that bad, I got a free t-shirt out of the deal. If nothing breaks and the beers aren't flowing too well Friday night I can give a hand at tech. I will track you down and let you know what's up.

Hey, I think I am gonna have to come! I really want to try my hand at 7 of the MX nationals excluding the Michigan and Illinois race. So what is the Georgia track like? Also, I am going to try to drive home sunday after the race what time do the nationals usually end on Sunday? I am looking at like a 7-8 hour ride so I am hoping to get out of there by like 5pm or so. Also, I will be running 91-440 B, I have a 95 teal Chevy 1500 and an 18' black trailer, red 400EX #131.

Adam Smith: The track is 3 things, ROUGH, ROUGH, and ROUGH. IT's total whooped out sand, they groom it every morning and through out the day but it gets pretty rough in 2 or 3 motos. But it's the first national of the year and a must race. As far as what time you race on Sunday that depends on luck. IF you are lucky you race either before the Pro's Moto or before there second moto (3PM last year). That way you can just load up and leave when the pro's are done. I have a long drive myself and hope the kids race early so I can leave right away too. Hope to see you there.
