A day late and a dollar short but...

Did you make it alright?

I come up from CT and take 91 north. But I think I gave directions to a friend coming from the Boston area to come in from the North. If you had any trouble let me know.

Ya thanks.. I did end up makeing it.. The web site wasn't very usefull. Route 10 in NH was pretty much it.. And mapquest wasn't really giveing me much more.. But I did leave a little early and got there fine.. Was a great day of racing. Couldn't beat the weather. Sure hope those guys where alright that got hurt. I was running the 250 c class and it happened in both of my race. Well it will be nice to have a week off and then back to Soutwick. Hope it is a little nicer this time..

The two tracks that we are racing are could not be any different, but the accidents are usually at both. Just that Southwick is sand and has an easier start.

Have you raced Southwick when it is dry out?

boxcars, sorry i didnt email you back, i leave early on saturday for jolly and i didnt get a chance to chack my mail b4 i left. im glad to hear you made it ok, its actually not too hard to get there. those crashes were pretty knarly, but everyone walked away, even the guys that went to the hospital are doing ok, all the injuries were some broken collar bones and wrists, and i think 1 seperated shoulder. Howd you manage to do, i know im off to a slow start this year with a 12th in proam and a 9th in pro open at jolly. southwick was just horrible, i lost brakes and refused to go out for my second race. what # are you, so i can cheer ya on.

Well good to hear that everyone is alright. The first moto I think all 22 of us had the holeshot and that is where it got messey in that first corner. I almost ran that guy over. He took a nasty spill. I am running #62 in the 250C class. I was 5th at southwick, one of the lucky ones to finish and 9th overall at Jolly Roger. That sucks that you lost brakes. Must have been a little trickey with out them. Especially on some of those drop offs.. Man is that mud tough. It has taken me a couple hours after each race to get that stuff off. It is caked on there. Hopefully it will dry up a little for the next race. Ya it wasn't too bad going there. Ended up finding my way. I headed up on sunday morning. Next time I think I will go saturday night. Way too long of a day to dirve there on sunday. Well I hope to see you on th 19th at soutwick.
