Is it possible that with the additional travel that the tie rod is hitting under the frame rail that runs above it before the suspension bottoms. if that happens either the tie rod or spindle arm is going to bend or break. In your case it may be the spindle arm. Take the shocks off and move your suspension up untill there is 11.5 inches in between the shock mount holes center to center(providing you are using normal 16.25 length shocks). If the tie rods hit the frame or anything else at or before you reach the 11.5 mark, then this is your problem.
When you say you are running stock tie rods, you mean the ones that came with your +3 arms, right. You can not use factory stock tie rods with +3 arms because they would be 3 inches too short.

I am using the stock tie rod ends sorry for the confusion. I am running the 19" long travel shocks
good point about hitting the frame i will have to check that but i would think the tie rod would bend or show a mark on the frame where they are hitting but there is no signs of anything hitting. I think i just had some bad luck. and the spindles had been raced on for three years maybe they are just getting fatigued after all the use.
