Is the Durablue X-33 axle motocross worthy? It does have a lifetime warranty against bending or breaking. I figured durablue would have to be nuts to put that kind of a warranty on a quad axle if they thought mxing it would break it. I like the sound of it knocking off about six pounds from my stock setup.

Lonestar and RPM have TRUE lifetime warranties. Dura"break" has a break it once and they'll fix it... break it twice, and you have to pay for it, warranty. They call it "lifetime" because you could break it in 10 years or more than likely in 1 year and either way they'll cover it (FOR THE FIRST TIME ONLY). I was told Lonestar and RPM have the REAL lifetime warranty though.

I've seen more durablue axle break than anything else by a 5:1 ratio! Thats why durablue tends to be called DuraBreak!

X-33 are the ones that have been braking the most at the MX races from jumping I think. durablue warranty is almost like the taillight warranty. When you leaver the shop and we don't see you taillights any more you have no warranty.
If you do buy one don't lose the warranyty card, without the card you have no warranty.

I just spoke with a representative of Durablue over the phone. They tell me(off the record) that the x33 has had fewer problems than their eliminator axle with customers. They also say that the x33 is mx worthy and the warranty still applies to this type of riding.

A friend of mine had an X33 on his 330RX. It was nice, light, but sorda weak. He didnt jump it very hard, but it never bent on him. I'd to with RPM or LSR.

the X-33 uses some great steel, and the design is good, but needs improvement. because of the hole drilled into them it has a stress riser very near the sprocket and brake hubs...
i have an x-33 on my LT and will be selling it since i bought a LSR. i really don't like the pin drive hubs, they always get loose.
