where in pa. and nj can i do this?

what do i need to race in this?

and do i have to join ama to race tt or short track

 

I don't know of any in pa,nj.
you will need a sway bar and flat track tires (minimum)
If you race the nationals,yes you need an ATVA or AMA card. Other than that it all depends on where you are racing and who santions them.
