man you guys crack me up . i heard yamaha owners had mullets , thought it was just a rumor ....... maybe not .

Its true. Yamaha owners have mullets. All the bashee guys sit at the hill waiting for slower bikes to race up, so they can pass you and cut right in front of you to make sure you saw the mullett flowing in the wind, and to give you a face full of sand. ( since I race them up and down, I get to roost them worse going 90-100mph down the hill, and they don't wear helmets, you gotta be able to show off your mullett)
Raptor = 4 stroke Bashee = Fast motor, crappy suspension, most set up for hill shooting, and both have mulletts on top.
Banshees and Raptors might be fast up the hill, but I'll race anyone up and down the hill on my 440ex, or my wives Z400, and I'll win, because your suspension sucks.

You see, your generalization is just as foolish as any. And i am very happy with my raptor, especailly knowing that i can literally kill a stock 400ex or z with my stock raptor. i dont know about lrd, but i have beaten plenty of z's with pipes, and your suspension can kiss my ..... ok, ill be civil[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I have had my PREDATOR for less than a month and so far I smoked a stock raptor .I left him so bad the first three times that i spotted him about 5 bike lengths caught him and left him another 6 to 8 bike lengths. I also went drag racing and I ran 9.75 @ 68mph in the eighth mi. There was a stock kawi 700 there with a WEELIE BAR that ran 9.62 @63mph . So I adjusted my STOCK SHOCKS on my STOCK PREDATOR and smoked the 700 kawi. As for a banshee I smoked a modified one in the dirt and held him off to about 60mph on the road when my STOCK PREDATOR was still high. So I am much more than sure a stock banshee won't have a chance! By the way I am six foot tall and 225 lbs and I FEEL THERE IS NO STOCK ATV THAT CAN BEAT THE PREDAOR IN THE 1/8 OR 1/4 MI. So if there is anyone in south La. with a stock banshee or any other atv " JUST BRING IT!"

I have a stock shee 03 I just have a little question for you, what do the shocks have to do with it? By the way I am asking this for knowlege not to be a smart a@#.

Acadiana speed way every other sunday !/8 mile drags stop the shiznitt and hit the shift . go for the time and lights or come around the corner to my house and we can run a real friggen strip 3/4 mile or better i can even go out and run my truck and mark it . i got plenty of digital film and video camera . people who would love to sit around and watch . hell make it a party bring meat and beer we'll cook and friggen race all day .

Shaunonl1, lowering the Predator allows the rear wheels to spin without the front end jumping strait up on you. You can take all the preload off the front springs and strap the rear suspension down, and get awsome holeshots, my Predator bone stock ran 9.22 @ 70 mph. Pure stock the Banshee cant hang, but once the mods start the Banshee will take over.
