You need to have registration and insurance for both rock run and ssrt but it doesn't have to be PA registration. SSRT you actually have to go to a local business and register to get sticker or you can mail in registration form and they mail back your sticker in about 10 days. You cant beat the price to ride SSRT as it's $15 for the whole year....lol, Rock run is like $15 or $20 for a day and if you want a campsite it's $10 for upto 6 people. Here's a link to ssrt - Welcome To The SSRT Home Page

SSRT is a fun place to ride. Gotta love the playground. Great videos!

A friend of mine was going up the hill under route 80 and hit a rock at the top that caused his quad to roll backwards. It landed square on his helmet and held up his quad. It cracked the hell out of his helmet, but he didn't get injured. Helmets are good!

Yes sir helmets are a wonderful thing. I think alot of the problems with those hills are that guys try go up them sitting down and then they hit a rock and come back over. I have done some pretty hairy climbs with my 450 that no one thought I could make but I manage to make it every time but I think alot of it has to do with the fact that I am always standing and over the bars to keep the wheels on the ground.
