They stopped making 3-wheelers in 1988 but courageous riders are still testing the limits to this very day. And sometime getting bruises for their troubles:

I still remember seeing my "crack head" neighbor riding his baby on the handlebars of his Honda 3 wheeler, down the road, 50 mph in diapers. The baby, not the crack head moron.

Calling them a moron may be giving them too much credit. From Wikipedia - "Moron is a term once used in psychology to denote mild intellectual disability."
