My CDI box recently stopped working and I'm trying to wire up one from a different model because I can't find one that fits my atv and I don't want to spend over $200.

This is a wiring diagram between the stator and the cdi box. I don't know how to wire in a 6-wire cdi box to the stator. Any help would be appreciated.

After more research I've found out the Y (Yellow) and G (Green) wires are a pickup coil and the Gy (Gray) and L (Blue) wires are a second pickup coil. The R (Red) and Br (Brown) wires coming from the strator is the source coil. How do I wire two pickup coils to a single pickup coil cdi box?

 

That's an ambitous task that not many have done ( just my opinion ) and you may not rcv a helpful responce. You might contact these folks and see if they have your CDI for a reasonable price, or possibly repair yours.
