I am 6'3'' tall and weigh 210 pounds. I have never owned a fourwheeler, but I think I would like to get a recon based on nimbleness, lightness, and affordability. I have sat on a lot of recons at dealerships and have ridden one, though, only for a short time. Everything felt good, but I was wondering if any of you tall guys out there could tell me if I will still feel fine after riding one all day.

 

well my brother-end law is 6.2 and rode a recon and he has problems after about 3hours. I recomend
The rancher 2wd when you'r that tall.

 

I would sit on a Artic Cat 250 to see if it feels better because it has a full size frame and a 17cc larger motor at the same price.

 

I'm 5.10 and I'm slightly cramped on the Recon. Like lovinhonda said, I think over the long term, you would be happier on a slightly larger machine. It isn't a question of can the 250cc motor move you. It's a great bike but not a good fit for your height. The Recon is my wife's and she is 5.4 and it is a great fit for someone that height.
