The Bomb outlander is a nice size and from what I've heard a real good ride. My daughter 4'9" 80 pounds rode a Bomb Rally for awhile and handled it well. She has also rode a friends Polaris Sportsman 500 she did real well on it and likes it alot. I think it is too big for her, right now she rides a Yamaha Breeze. Nice small quad (but ugly) pretty good power for a 125. She wants a Polaris and will most likely get a Polaris 330 4x4 next summer. If you ride when it gets muddy 4x4 sure makes it easier. My point is go see what you like if my daughter can ride a big machine so can you. Try several and buy the one that suites you best.
