SHOULD I GET THE Z400 OR THE RAPTOR660 . I DO TRAIL RIDING ,MUDDING ,AND WILL BE RIDING IN THE DUNES SOON.

 

I am in the same predicament but I think I'm going to go with the Raptor. A couple reasons: 1) obviously the raptor has more power. 2) There are more and more big quads coming out (Honda 450, Predator, etc.) In my case my brother in law just bought a raptor and my cousin just bought a predator so I have to keep up in some way. The raptor is pretty good in the trails, but the Z is good in the dunes since it's a little lighter. Good Luck with your choice and let us know what you get.

 

Its a matter of intrest.
Personally I would go with the raptor. I am loyal to yamaha. It's one of the best trailable sport qauds. I have no intentions to go out to the dunes so... If you like midding, and just riding with buddies get the rappy. If your on the track a lot, and pounding the juice right out of your qaud, get the Z. Raptor is defenatly faster.

 

hey guys and gals im thinkin about gettin a banshee or 400ex i dont kno which one to get i ride mostly flat track i had a 250r but ran it in to a big oak tree it was worth about 16k and i sold it for the parts that were usble still. i twisted the frame to peaces snaped the swingarm and cracked the motor in half. well what do u think i should get . like i ride flat track and what should i get for eather of them. cause i dont want to move up a divison and get the 450r or the yamaha cannondale. could you please e mail me at irionman88@yahoo.com which one i should get and what parts for it thank you very much for your time
