Hi.

I too was interested in the Ozark.

However I read repeated posts about the frames cracking.
The larger Z400 Suzuki also had this problem.

Now, I know not all do and I have nothing against Suzuki. But
if I am going to spend my hard-earned money why should I take a
chance when other brands don't have this problem.

Also I have heard the Big Bear is a work utility and rides hard. However,
it is tough and reliable.

I suggest doing a search on the Ozark frames issue on this and other atv
forums.

Good luck and let us know what you decide--it would help me make up my mind.

Really? I never knew the Ozark had any problems like that. Where did the frame crack?

Well a search under the Suzuki forum for the word "Ozark"
turns up this thread on cracked frames:

http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...keyword1=ozark

Seems they also have trouble with loose axels:

Again I am not dumping on Suzuki, but man, why take the chance. You don't have
to be a product tester.

Stay away from 250s. My son has a 250 bayou and its fine for him but his age is 12. 250 wont do much work. Paid 2800.00 for it. Fine for 12 year old but not for adult. If you want a 4x4 another 1000.350-450cc will work fine for your needs.
