Default First atv??

warrior's are good but heavy and not a rocket. The 400ex is light and so much better at almost everything and they are reliable.

Default First atv??

well, my mom is like, if you get a quad it should be a utility so u can plow, and help out on the little farm we have, and it makes sence because i can get something sporty like a wolverine, or a recon or rancher, so we can both get what we want, so what do u guys think for a play around and some work quad??
thanks

Take a look at the scramblers. The 400 2 strokes can be made to outrun even some of the baddest banshees out there. The 500 4 strokes have great torque and that engine is pretty much bullet proof. They are a biton the heavy side compared to the other machines listed. But, that are available with selectable TRUE 4wd, racks, hitches, and even plows. They have reverse and fully auto transmissions which make tight trails a breeze

It really depends on what is available used in your area. The 300ex would be a decent starter sport quad. There are a lot of utilities to choose from. Maybe after you see what's available, you can ask everyone which one would be best. Give us a few to choose from.

If you want to go new which I would recommend for a first quad, a 250ex is the way to go.
