I have been hearing that suzuki is going to come out with a 450 version of the z400 and I have the 04 z400 now. I think I want to trade and get that one but do you guys think that it would be a good idea? How good do you think the 450 will be against the 450R and the yfz 450? And would I be better off just keeping the one I got and making just as good? My buddy has a yfz 450 and he doesn't leave me behind at all in the trails. I am just mad that the 05 model z400 came out with the piggyback resevoir shocks in the front.

 

Just get some aftermarket suspension. I have WorksPerformance (with reservoirs) on both my 400's, and love them.

The 05 isn't going to be any faster. They didn't do anything major to the engine.

 

Ok, but I am not talking about the 05 model, I am talking about the 06 when it comes out. It's suppose to be a 450. And I want to know to either keep my z400 or get the z450?
