I found a 4 wheeler that I will probably purchase for 2000.00 It is a 98 model 500 4X4 artic cat with hi/lo range. The bike fires right up it has no major problems just normal wear a tear from what I can see. I probably only have about 1 day to make up my mind on this. I have never owned an Artic Cat before and am a litte weary about buying a used bike. I will be mainly just doing some trail riding I don't need to go to fast. I will hall the kids around and it definately seems to have the room for it. Does this sound like a good deal??? Any comments and or thoughts will be appreciated.

 

buying a used bike can make one nervous.really check over the quad good before buying.also see if the owner kept a maintenence log.if so that means he probably took good care of it.if he doesnt have a log book he still could have took good care of it. artic cats seem to be pretty reliable.good luck.

yea its alright but id give him an offer of $1,800 and see what he says, since its a 98 and i though tolder AC's had problems? any of them lower than the year 2003? correct me if im wrong im not 100% possitive...
