I have sold 2 quads and a dirt bike on ebay. The only trouble I have had is with the buy it now option twice on the last one I listed people hit the buy it now and were bad bidders.Third relist it sold to a guy that tried to tal me down from the final price and I told him where to go.Used the second chance option and sold it to a guy in TX who drove the 13 hrs to pick it up with cash in hand.My advive would be list it with NO buy it now and make it clear that you will not ship and you want a non refundable downpayment made within 24 hrs.

We've sold 2 bikes on ebay.
No buy now option.
No delivery - pick up only.
Deposit within 3 days.
Cash only on pick up.
Bike is sold as is (but make note of whatever condition it is in )
Make sure they know to ask any questions about the bike BEFORE bidding. Put in the ad that it is USED, and make notes about any abnormal wear or broken things on it. Some folks are real picky about that information. We had real good experiences, we left them open for bidding for a week, and never had to repost them. They were both in real nice condition too though. Good luck! (Mrs. Q)
