The ultimate recycleable product perhaps for a throw away society? Ouch.. I am sorry.. I couldn't help myself....

I agree, they are the go to machine when a friend wants to try one out and you dont' really want to turn over the keys of your brand new high dollar rocketship.

Considering the involvement that several of the major brands have in the products, I have said it before that it is all a marketing ploy to flood the market with cheap stuff knowing it will not last, get the people that they would not normally reach hooked, and let the frustration push the new converts into their showrooms for the upsell.

Funny thing about ATV's they can be as addictive as illegal substances.. and most of us have the limps, aches and pains, broken bones and shrunken wallets to prove it...

We tend to look at the bone crusher, on fire graphic's laden brutes in our garages with the same reverie as we have had for our first kiss, our children being born, or our first.... well you know what I mean... Amazing just how much time we spend thinking about these things too... My wife says I am married to my ATV, but she still gets to sleep with me.... Hmmmm... she better not get me thinking about that too hard....

You guys are pathetic. I am done here. This board seems to be dominated by a few closed minded rich kids(sounds that way anyhow). My whole family rides redcat (kazuma/yamamo). My profesional/educated/trained opinion is that they are equal and better in some ways than alot(not all) of much more expensive rides. Nuff said.
By the way I am a certified technician teacher.
My opinion does matter. If ya dont like it too bad. If ya want to bash me on the board--grow up
A good intentioned post is to help, do your best to keep in mind that is the point here.

Sorry you have that perception.. For the most part, I find that most people are here looking for information, and unbiased opinion.

Your involvment in the industry would automatically make your comments suspect in the minds of many.

We cannot deny the reputation that many of the so called off brands have established over time. We have on many occasions said that there has been, and continues to be, improvement in the areas of parts availability and reliability. Our only negative comments recently have been to warn those seeking advise that things will be different, and thier ownership experience will not be the same as it would be if dealing with a major brand, and judging by the number of "I need help" posts on the kids forum for these same off brands, I think the argument can be made that there is a need for continued improvement.

My comments have been in reference to how they are marketed, with regard to safety issues not receiving the level of emphasis by the sales lady at johnnies corner market versus what you get with a major brand. I am overjoyed to learn that this is changing, and that many off brands are starting to be marketed in a more professional manner.

I believe the comments other's have directed to you personally are regarding veiled marketing attempts. Your sig file could be considered in violation of this forum's policies.. and as I said above, would make any comments made suspect.

Your inference to the opinion and percieved financial status of people on this list is without substance, and as such is ultimately with out merit.

I am sad to find you feel this way, and that you have taken offense to the comments others have made. We collectively mourn your loss.

The stock 2005 rfx110 MK II will do 50! The stock 2005 RFX 150 MK II will do 55 !
I don't care what someone that -doesn't KNOW- has said.

I KNOW. My 2003 2x4 arctic cat , my brothers' 2002 Honda4x4 400 and my other brothers' 2004 4x4 yamaha 350 are ALL slower on top end then the 2005 RFX 110 MK II.

And NO the redcat IS NOT a piece of junk.

... and to argue this point days after the thread owner indicated she had already made her purchase would not be beneficial either.

We mean no offense, but the credability issue is clouded at best. Your admition to wanting to increase sales, and the removal ofyour sig file by the forum moderator is all people are going to see and hear, no matter what other data you might wish to present. That is human nature...

If you could produce a factory document that can support your claims it would go a long way in quieting the dissention...

Fully modified race race mini's would have a hard time hitting 50+mph. And they have a heck of a lot more than 7HP. So forgive me when I say you're full of it.
