Looking at less expensive brands
#1
I am looking at some of the non-major brands I see online (Kazuma, Yamato, Redcat)... does anyone know if any dealers carry these models - or are they only available online? I am trying to find out if there are other ways of seeing these models without buying online
Thanks.
Thanks.

My buddies kids have two Kuzmas, and they have had a fair number of problems. One of his kids has gone back to the LT-80! The only kids quads I can recommend are the Suzuki LT-80 and the Honda 90. Do yourself a favor, and look for a used one of these two!

Well, I disagree. I think there are some very good deals out there (I prefer the Polaris clones). But I will say if you buy a no name, don't count on the dealer being in business a year from now. Be prepared to work on the quad yourself. If that's not something you're capable of, then I'd buy the name brand too.

I never said there weren't lots of good DEALS out there, I am saying there just aren't many good QUADS! If you get a piece of junk, you darn well better be sure you get a good deal!

Sheez, you can make every mod I've made and STILL save hundreds compared to a new name brand.

Or safety and other features that may be important to a consumer such as tethers, remote kill switches, hydraulic brakes, foot brakes, full floor boards, better suspension travel, dual a-arms, electric start with kick back-up, head light or brake light that aren't offered on the ones you mentioned.
