01grizzly,
there is no doubt in my mind that your grizzly is a nice machine, and that you like it. but please don't try to tell me that you would even be close in a drag race with a 400EX. Thats light comparing a fighter jet to a bomber. nuff said

I think a wolverine would be the perfect mix for you. Kinda sporty, kinda beefy, all around nice. I do believe that it is a 4x4 also.

2punksdad,
Good god! I don't think for a mintue that I'm as fast as, let alone faster then a 400ex! Perhaps you should re-read the post. I Stated specifically that we did not have a drag race, simply that I was able to keep up, easily. You need to remeber that the 400ex was quite alot out of his element. While the 400ex is probably very fast in the sand and on the dry stuff, he was at a disadvantage in the mud, deep ruts and water! That is where I am in my element. I could have easily out run him in that situation! You need to remember that I have 4 mud tires pulling me around, rather then just 2 knobbies. Its not about power and performance, its about traction, and ground clearence, in that area he was at an extreme disadvatage! About the same as putting 50,000lbs of bombs on a jet fighter, and telling him to get off the ground! The fighter would be alittle out of his element!

I understand 01grizz.........every machine has its purpose, and most perform well at what they were designed to do and not much more..........neither the 400ex or the grizzly were designed for drag racing

have fun on the trails

I was recently thinking of getting a wolverine but I was talking to a dealer and he said the he didn't really like the 4wd on the wolvering for serious trailriding or even mud.
